1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using LuquBhi Store, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. Our premium services exclusively include custom App Development, Next.js Web Engineering, and Digital Solutions.
2. Payment Structure
All development projects require a strictly enforced 50% advance payment prior to the commencement of any work. The remaining 50% balance must be cleared upon project completion. The final source code, application assets, and deployment will be delivered immediately after the final payment is received.
3. Service Delivery & Revisions
App and Web development timelines depend on the complexity of the chosen package. We provide a guaranteed number of revisions as explicitly stated in your selected package. Post-launch technical support applies only within the specified timeframe.
4. Client Responsibilities
To ensure timely delivery, clients are expected to provide required assets (logos, content, API keys, etc.) promptly. Delays in providing these materials may result in extended project timelines. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party services or lack of client communication.
5. Project Cancellation Policy
Due to the digital and custom nature of our software development services, our time and code are highly valuable. If a client decides to cancel a project mid-development, a 35% cancellation fee will be strictly deducted to compensate for the time, resources, and coding efforts already invested. The remaining amount (if applicable) will be refunded.
