01 / Payment & Cancellation
Development Payment Structure
For all custom Web and App Development projects, a strictly enforced 50% advance payment is required prior to the commencement of any work. The remaining 50% balance must be cleared upon project completion before the final source code and assets are delivered.
Cancellation Policy
Due to the digital nature of our services, our time and code are highly valuable. If you decide to cancel a custom development project mid-way, a 35% cancellation fee will be strictly deducted to compensate for the resources and coding efforts already invested.
02 / Buyer Responsibilities
What you need to take care of
- ✓Official Purchases Only: You must ensure that you purchase exclusively through our official website. If you buy from a third-party or a fake reseller using our brand name and get scammed, LuquBhi Store holds absolutely zero responsibility for your loss.
- ✓WhatsApp Support: If you face any issues with the tools, or if you need more information about any service before buying, you can directly contact us on our official WhatsApp. As soon as a team member is free, your problem will be resolved instantly.
- ✓Software Tools: Do not change the passwords or primary emails of the shared premium software accounts provided to you, unless explicitly instructed. Doing so will void your warranty.
- ✓App Testers Protocol: Before ordering the 20-Day App Testing service, ensure your app complies with Google Play Policies. We guarantee the 20 testers, but we are not responsible if Google rejects your app due to content violations.
03 / Partner Program
Reseller Ban Conditions
Our Elite Partner Program allows you to earn commissions securely. However, we maintain a zero-tolerance policy for fraud and unethical marketing.
Your account will be permanently banned and funds frozen if you:
- ✖Impersonation & Scamming: If you use the LuquBhi platform name to scam clients or take payments directly outside our platform, you will face an immediate ban and strict legal action.
- ✖Promise impossible results or misrepresent our services to your clients.
- ✖Upload fake payment receipts or attempt chargeback frauds.
- ✖Create fake accounts to exploit the referral system (Self-referring).
04 / Limitations
Warranties & Logistics
Revisions: Development timelines and revisions depend entirely on your chosen package. Post-launch technical support is only valid within the explicitly agreed timeframe.
Shipping Labels: We provide authentic courier labels at wholesale rates. However, we do not take liability for physical courier delays, lost packages, or customs issues once the label has been scanned by the respective carrier.
